Printing & Copies:

There are multiple copy machines and two printers in the Reference area and the Computer Lab. Printing/copies are $0.05 per page ($0.10 for double-sided).

Students/Faculty/Staff may use their Southeastern1 Card to pay for printing and copies. Guests may pay in cash or check.

To load money on your Southeastern1 Card, visit southeastern1card.com. Enter your debit/credit card information and the amount of money you would like to load. Funds are available immediately.

*We do not offer color printing*

 

Scanning:

Scanning is free and may be done on the copy machines in the Reference area. See the Reference desk for assistance.

Coffee / Hot Beverages

The Library serves Well-Bean Organic Coffee, as well as hot chocolate, assorted teas, and seasonal cider. 

Beverages are available for purchase at the Circulation Desk with cash or check (no credit/debit). 

Coffee - $1.00 + 1 refill

Tea - $0.75 

Hot Chocolate - $1.00

*All beverages must have a spill-proof lid*

Hardware

There are three clusters of computers in the Library:

  • 4 PCs in the Library Common area
  • 5 PCs in the Reference area
  • 22 PCs in the Computer Lab

These computers are equipped with:

  • Internet connection
  • USB ports
  • Headphone jack

PCs for searching the Library Catalog are stationed on the lower second floor, upper second floor, and third floor.

Headphones and phone/laptop chargers are available for checkout at the Circulation Desk.

Two microfilm/microfiche readers are located on the second floor.

Software

Computers on the first floor of the Library are equipped with:

  • MS Windows
  • MS Office
  • Windows Media Player
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader

The PCs in the Common and Reference areas also have BibleWorks 9 software.

Study Rooms:

The Library has three study rooms available for students - the large room on the lower second floor (#205) can fit 4-6 people, the small room on the upper second floor (#210) can fit 4 people, and the large room on the third floor (#304) can fit 4-6 people.

Study rooms can be reserved in whole-hour blocks for up to four hours at a time, no less than one hour out from the current time, up to one week in advance. If there are no reservations, study rooms may be used on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserve a Study Room.

 

Study Carrels:

Semi-private study carrels on the third floor may be assigned to Doctoral level students upon application and approval.

Carrels are assigned based on degree program, need, and use.
