Beginning mid-July, the Library at Southeastern will transition to OCLC's Worldshare Management Services. This transition offers a cost savings for the seminary, a better platform for library staff, and several advantages for library's users. Below are a list of changes you can expect as a library user.

  • Better search experience  -- The new search interface is based on WorldCat, so you're probably already familiar with it. You can get a preview of our new search bar at the bottom of this page. And if you're used to using GoSearch, don't worry. We're keeping it around for a bit.

  • Better Interlibrary loan experience -- You will now be able to make interlibrary loan requests in the regular search interface. You will also be able to keep track of your ILL requests

  • Better account experience -- Managing your library account has never been easier. You will be able to view checked out items, fees, and reserves all in one place. And just like other parts of campus, we're using single-sign-on for seamless access to your account.

  • Better reserves experience -- The new reserves module makes it easy for you to find and use print and electronic reserve titles.

We believe you love the changes we have in store for you as a library user. And don't forget to try out the new search bar below.
